Of course rewriting subjects should be avoided where possible, but
as multiple "Re: Re: Re:" should be avoided, multiple subject
tags (of one really wants to use them) should not be done, too.

But if amavisd-new is configured to add subject tags, it can't
just stop adding it at the beginning of the subject, because then
the user might not see the warning he expects from this particular
amavisd-new installation.

Additionally the patch does nothing if you turn of subject tags, so
if someone does not want to modify the subject, this patch doesn't
do it.
