If you have quarantine enabled for such messages, they end up there.
Otherwise there is no way to get the message, as it is not stored
permanently anywhere locally, you'd need to ask the sender
to send it again. The temporary directory shown above is being
reused for subsequent processing, and most likely no longer contains
the message in question.

In future, either enable quarantining for blocked messages,
or deliver them to recipients, possibly tagged as spam or
delivered to a dedicated mailbox spam folder, from where it
can be easily salvaged.
