This may be due to the fact ClamAV is not working anymore, because the installed version is < 0.95 . AKA: the ClamAV EOL issue; AKA: the ClamAV team issue (i.e. what OSF team have ever to avoid). If this is the case, please see: http://www.clamav.net/eol-clamav-094/ . Upgrade your clamav installation, possibly to 0.96, but a 0.95.x would suffice.
