Yes that is what my problem is.....the error message says that BUT the fqdn
IS in the config file...
It seems that the config file is not being read

The diagnostics message disproves your claim, it says your $myhostname
was 'host-name' (non-fqdn), not 'host-name.com' (a fqdn).
