Find out the corresponding postfix log entry (same timestamp). Perhaps the Postfix smtpd service on port 10025 does not have content filtering disabled? > /var/log/mail:Jul 29 10:27:14 smtp1 postfix/smtp[17885]: 8F59A13FC5: > host 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] said: 451 4.3.0 id=15427-01 - Temporary MTA > failure on relaying, from MTA([127.0.0.1]:10025): 451 4.3.0 Error: queue > file write error (in reply to end of DATA command) This log entry is a consequence of the amavisd task 15427-01 failing. You need to find out in the postfix log why postfix made the 15427-01 fail. My first guess is a mail routing loop. Mark
