Jim,
Hello, since today I am getting that error message from cron:
(test -e /usr/sbin/amavisd-new-cronjob&&
/usr/sbin/amavisd-new-cronjob sa-sync)
netset: cannot include 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1/128 as it has already been included

I`ve found old Debian bugs with libnetaddr-ip-perl, Lite.pm
and so on. Nothing more.
I don't have any *_networks in my config. (local.cf)
Can anybody give me a hint or a solution? Thank you.
OS Debian testing
amavisd-new-2.7.0 (20110701)
SpamAssassin version 3.3.2
running on Perl version 5.12.4
Please see:
https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=6681
That was it. Thank you. I`ve made a downgrade from
libnetaddr-ip-perl_4.049+dfsg-1_i386.deb
of
libnetaddr-ip-perl_4.048+dfsg-1_i386.deb
Bug 6681 - NetAddr-IP version above 4.048 break sa-update
Apparently an issue with versions of Socket6 and a new NetAddr::IP.
(or a more mundane possibility: that you actually do have
a '::1' listed in your internal_networks and trusted_networks)
