It was working correctly with amavisd-new-2.8.0-pre4 (20120309)
I see. Its not too bad as it is only a warning, despite a high
log level. Affects external spam scanners (dspam, bogofilter).
Please try the attached patch. Thanks for the problem report and
for testing with dspam!
