It looks like I've got it fixed. It's flagging spam correctly now so I'm going 
to give it the weekend and see how well it works. It's tagging most spam with 
8.0 spam rating so I think I'll use that as a basis for my flag settings and 
kick out anything above 12. I know people hate deleting spam in case someone 
misses something important but that's what my office asked for. Thanks again 
for all the help and ideas!

Setting up a relay server for your Exchange box can get a little complicated, 
but definitely doable. First of all, what OS are you using for your amavis? Is 
spamassassin installed?

I have a lot of experience with Exchange and postfix based relay server so I 
can try to help you as much as I can.
