Questions about per-user bayes token

Hi all,

I'm trying to setup per-user bayes tokens using amavis/spamassassin 
(with a SQL database) and I've got a few questions:

* Do I need to configure the @sa_username_maps variable if I use the 
sa_username field of the policy table ?

* Does spamassassin mix per-user bayes tokens and global tokens when it 
scan messages? (ie. does it only consider per-user tokens when this 
option is enabled?)
