if I well understood Amavis, I would ask if you could "export" the
visibility of $uname to @spam_scanners.
In this way, with @sa_username_maps I could perform some per-user
learning also in external spam scanners, and not only in Spamassassin.
Such as
# ['DSPAM', 'Amavis::SpamControl::ExtProg', $dspam,
# [ qw(--stdout --classify --deliver=innocent,spam
# --mode=toe --feature noise
# --user), $uname ],
# mail_body_size_limit => 65000, score_factor => 1.0,
