I don't know if there's a plugin to let Outlook become aware of list
Use group reply and delete everything but the list address.

It seems the problem is when we reply then the e-mail is not addressed to
email@example.com but to the sender of the last mail.
I just did a list reply and the recpient was firstname.lastname@example.org, as it
supposed to be.
Please describe what you did.
