Sophos Linux Free for amavis

Hello,

is it possible to use sophos free to use within amavisd-new?
I try to use it with:

['Sophos Anti Virus (sweep)', 'sweep',
   '-all -rec -ss -sc -archive -cab -mime -oe -tnef '.
      '',
         [0,2], qr/Virus .*? found/m,
         qr/^>>> Virus(?: fragment)? '?(.*?)'? found/m,
],

But it needs 8-10 sec. and 100% CPU to check one small Email. Is it 
possible to connent direct to the deamon?
