The docs that come with the TARball are the ones that exist. It's considered to be best practice to read the RELEASE_NOTES as they elaborate on new features and how the work including examples. There's no documentation on basic setup, how amavis works etc. I consider amavis orphaned. It is fully functional and if there are known security issues the author, Mark Martinec, fixes them. He releases a new version of amavis about each year. Submitted patches may end up upstream in the release. But Mark hasn't participated in discussions about amavis usage since months if not years (I would have to look this up). Requests that cannot be answered by subscribers end up unanswered. p@rick -- [*] sys4 AG https://sys4.de, +49 (89) 30 90 46 64 Schleißheimer Straße 26/MG,80333 München Sitz der Gesellschaft: München, Amtsgericht München: HRB 199263 Vorstand: Patrick Ben Koetter, Marc Schiffbauer Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender: Florian Kirstein
