different message sizes for outgoing mail and incoming mail per use

Hi,

Is there a way to have different message sizes for outgoing mail and
incoming  per user?

let's say user x...@domain.com should have 20 MB for outgoing and 10 MB for
incoming.

Is it possible with amavisd-new?
