section of mail.log: https://pastebin.com/40ecavYC

the first line shows that the mail was not delivered remotely, but from a
local service:

Feb  1 11:13:07 M1-2 postfix/pickup[25996]: 9E0BF605B3: uid=1001
from=<[email protected]>

this message was not received from the network. apparenly from spamassassin
filter on third line:

Feb  1 11:13:07 M1-2 postfix/pipe[12367]: 68338603CB:
to=<[email protected]>, relay=spamassassin, delay=21, delays=13/0.01/0/7.3,
dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered via spamassassin service)

remove the spamassassin service. You are running two different filters
and they confuse each other.
