I leave the attached patch: it adds the "X-Amavis-Category" header
based on ccat_display_names if the "$header_category = 1" is found on
amavisd.conf.
It works for me, but I don't know Amavis deeply, so you could improve
the mechanism if you like.
In amavisd.conf remember to add the following line:
