Yes, after careful evaluations of everything it I installed postgrey.
BAM, no more spam sneaking in, none.
I am cautiously examining the logs, but I have not seen any issues.
This server is Ubuntu, and I just did: /apt install postgrey/

Looks like you have spent a lot of time and effort on this like I have,
it is VERY frustrating as you know.
See if you can use postgrey, it may help.
