Hi,

Amavis is causing me some trouble today after many years of joy. At first I had to postsuper -r ALL and postqueue -f to unstuck mail from the queue. Then I purged amavis, spamassassin and clamav, removed old dirs left and then reinstalled.

No it won't start with the error:

root@mx1:/etc/amavis/conf.d# amavisd-new debug
Error in config file "/etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user": Global symbol "$banned_files_quarantine_to" requires explicit package name (did you forget to declare "my $banned_files_quarantine_to"?) at /etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user line 41.
root@mx1:/etc/amavis/conf.d#

Infos:

root@mx1:/etc/amavis/conf.d# dpkg -l | grep amavis
ii  amavisd-new 1:2.11.0-1ubuntu1.1                             all Interface between MTA and virus scanner/content filters
root@mx1:/etc/amavis/conf.d# cat /etc/lsb-release

Help!

Thanks and best regards.
