banned_filename_re and whitelist recipients exits?

Hi all,

simply I wish allow some specific extension of file (scr) for some users 
only, and keep default values for all without remove extension scr in 
$banned_filename_re

is there a whitelist per recipient for this need?

amavisBypassVirusChecks and amavisBypassSpamChecks seems have no effect 
on my ldap backend implementation for banned_filename_re defined in conf.d
