apparently, our users are receiving emails containing links and /or

ISSN and if it matches one on the 'blacklist', the subject of the
email should be prepended with some specific warning (other than
***SPAM***).
We're already using Amavisd-new on our inbound SMTP server, so I
wonder if that would be possible with it?
amavisd is not a content filter, its a content controller, what is the
diffrent ?
the issn would be a spamassassin plugin to that specific needs, is there
a dns based host that provide data ?, what data anyway ?
would that blacklist be local or external ?
