Which logially makes sense, but does not explain why it was working,
and then stopped - so I am curious to see what happens if apt updates
the spamassissn package.
maybe new update of spamassassin reset those permissions, or daily script
that updates the database was run under incorrect user (e.g. not from cron
but manually).
