Should "Property" be "Properties" and "ConfigurationCategory" be
"ConfigurationCategories". I would prefer plural. In Blueprint "Components"
element it is referred as "Properties".
Also what is a significance of "@" prefix? Should it be only be applied to
keys in Configuration element or other places too, like in "Components" or
"Roles" etc. ?
