Summary: Fix templeton configs

Some of the configs in templeton needs to point to correct values:
1. The path to the zookeeper jar in templeton-site.xml needs to be
"/usr/lib/zookeeper/zookeeper.jar"
2. The property "templeton.hadoop.conf.dir" is currently set to "/usr" it
should be "/etc/hadoop/conf"
3. /user/templeton on hdfs should have 755 permission recursively.
4. The path to the hive executable needs to be hive.tar.gz/hive-0.8.1/bin/hive
