When hmc moves to templeton-0.1.4 the following will need to change
1. Copy data to /apps/templeton rather than /user/templeton
2. update the templeton jar to 0.1.4
3. add proxy settings for templeton to core-site.xml
4. add the location of the streaming jar to templeton-site.xml
