Redesign progress popups for showing progress on Add Nodes, Deploy, Uninstall,
and Manage Services.
This is to make the design consistent with our new look and feel, and also to
address problems associated with the current design (the popup gets too tall
vertically, text overlaps with progress animation when the browser window width
becomes narrower than a certain value, etc).
