I ran the steps in Installation Guide on a barebone RHEL 5.7 and I ran into
several issues.
It seems that there's a bug in RPM for handling the download RPM URL if I
causes redirection. See

Also, we should clearly state how to install packages that Ambari RPM depends
on.
