The problem occurred on a single-node "cluster" install. Upon further
inspection, Nagios service was not running and that is why Monitoring Dashboard
was not showing the alerts.
The deployment progress popup showed all green, including Nagios.
I tried installing a single-node cluster again on RHEL 6.3 and it worked fine
this time.
