Description:
Cluster name should be persisted with any state persisted so that it easy to
support multiple clusters in future.
This includes state persisted by ganglia, monitoring, ambari database etc.
Ambari version may not be needed for ganglia state as it depends only on
ganglia version. But general idea is to version the information stored anywhere.
