Description:
When "Deploy" is clicked in Install and Add Hosts Wizards in the Review step
("Step 8"), we currently show a spinner overlay on top of the Deploy button.
This can take a long time, depending on the number of hosts to be added to the
cluster and the services selected.
Instead, show a progress bar in a lightbox without any control to close it (see
attached) showing % completion based on the number of AJAX calls in the queue
and how many have been completed.
