Hi Tanzir,

What I meant was to specify the full path to the executable, including the
extension, in the "exec" tag's "executable" attribute.
For example:

<exec dir="${basedir}" executable="C:\Program Files\nodejs\npm.cmd"
failonerror="true">
  <env key="PYTHON" value="python2.6" />
  <arg value="install"/>
</exec>
