On every host in the cluster, we are installing all ganglia configs.
/etc/ganglia/hdp/HDPHBaseMaster
/etc/ganglia/hdp/HDPJobTracker
/etc/ganglia/hdp/HDPNameNode
Should only install those on their Master hosts. All other hosts should only
have /etc/ganglia/hdp/HDPSlaves
By having the extra master configs on every host, this is causing the hosts
number to be incorrect in the ganglia UI.
