Currently the APIs for the host_components return a boottime metric. However,
this value matches the boottime of the node, even if the jobtracker, datanode,
etc. service was restarted after the node was rebooted. It would be good if
the boottime metric (or some other metric in the host_components API) would
return the start time of the service. This is displayed in the web UIs for the
various services, so it should be available. Of most importance to Viewpoint
are the namenode, jobtracker, and HBase master services.
