PROBLEM: Ambari UI shows TaskTrackers down even if they are up
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Manually start TaskTrackers process as root.
2.) Stop the process
3.) Start the MapReduce service using Ambari
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: Services will start properly however, the Host page will show
tasktracker down
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: TaskTrackers should show up 'green' in the host page
