Summary: "Start Services" process bar freeze after page refreshing
on "Stop Services" phase

Pre-condition:
- Deploy Hadoop(stack 1.3.0, choose all services for installation...).
- Install, configure and start your Kerberos KDC.
Steps:
1. Click "Enable Security" button on Admin -> Security page.
2. Click "Next" -> "Apply" buttons.
3. On "Stop Services" phase refresh page.
4. Wait for successful finish of "Stop Services" and "Save Configurations"
phases.
Result:
"Start Services" process bar freeze on 0% for a while. Several minutes later
appeared window with "Trying to connect to server" message. If we'll open new
window, current operation resume not from 0% and will complete. Page refreshing
resolved problem too(last attached screenshot made after page refreshing).
