On a cluster with atleast 100 hosts, clicking on the background ops button
(beside cluster name) takes 3-4s for the dialog to come up. Stop like 2
services (which themselves launch this dialog). Then clicking on the same
background ops button takes like >90s to launch.
The CPU is pegged at 100%, and Chrome warns multiple times to kill the page.
