Merge Ambari 1.4.0 branch to Ambari trunk, so that both hadoop 2.0 and hadoop
1.0 is supported in one line.
We need to merge the 2 branches (this might be quite some effort). Also we need
to make after the merge both 1.0 and 2.0 line work.
