[~tbeerbower] the patch looks good but we will have to enable encrypt passwords 
for any password entries in ambari.properties so that the truststore is only 
readable by ambari-server [~swagle] can help with how to do (should be simple). 
Also what kind of trusstore can it be? Can we import multiple certs into the 
trusstore? Also can we run the setup nagios https multiple times? Also does 
removing the 2 properties disable the certs? Also what happens when ambari 
server is running as a different user. Will the trustore perms need ot be 
changed?
