    Description: I started a host component on three different hosts (using the 
Host Detail page for these hosts). The background ops popup showed these 3 stop 
tasks as queued. When I clicked on one of the Stop tasks in the popup, it said 
it was for host1, but when i hit back and clicked on the 2nd task, it said it 
was also for host1. I hit back and clicked on the first stop task, it was for 
host2. (or something along this line).  (was: I started a host component on
