Issue: When adding new hosts in add New Hosts wizard, no matter what new
components we selected, the review page saw the "Services" field empty.
Reason: In the Services field, only selected and uninstalled services will be
listed. The field is empty because there are new service to add.
Solution: On preview page of add New Hosts wizard, hide "services" field.
