The patch has defined JHS configs incorrectly.
jobhistoryserver.{webapp.spnego-principal|webapp.spnego-keytab-file} instead
should read
mapreduce.jobhistory.{webapp.spnego-principal|webapp.spnego-keytab-file}
We need to fix this.
