The host filters (components, name, ip, etc.) are always applied on the hosts
page. Even when you navigate out of the hosts page and come back.
Though there are routes we want to preserve the filters (listed below), we want
to clear the filters when landing on the hosts page from other locations, like
the top nav-bar.
* Going to the individual host and coming back
* Clicking on component specific links in service summaries, etc.
