*Steps:*
1. Install, setup and start Ambari server by default scenario.
2. Deploy Hadoop(stack 2.0.6, choose all services to install, *install
Zookeeper server to all hosts*)
3. Go to NameNode HA wizzard.
4. On step "Configure Components" click on running operation "Stop All
Services"(for example).
*Actual result:*
sub-operations changes status(for example "Pending"->"In progress"), but
counter on filter show incorrect value(screenshots attached).
