Xi Wang updated AMBARI-3733:
----------------------------

Description: Since we are introducing the concept of an "enabled" repo (in
#1), during host registration (on the next page of the wizard), we should also
confirm based on the hosts that register that their OS repo is valid. So after
the host registers, we should check the repos API that for that OS, we have a
valid repo. If not, we shouldn't let them continue. We should inform the user
to either a) remove the hosts since they do not have access to a repository
with packages for that OS or b) go back and enter the repo URL for that OS.

> Register Host: need to check host OS type if specific os group been selected
> at Advanced Repo in step1
