Summary: Nagios won't start if HDFS is not selected

If using an Hadoop Compatible File system (not HDFS) Nagios will not start, nor
is any log generated. Running a config check on the service discovered the
issue:
[root@hwx17 ~]# nagios -v /etc/nagios/nagios.cfg
