When doing an initial setup of a system that includes ZooKeeper, it would be
nice to have the ability to provide additional configuration parameters.
For example, I ultimately was going to install Accumulo on the system and I
knew that I wanted to increase maxClientCnxns but ended up having to do it
manually. Having some way to provide this configuration at setup (as well some
of the other ZooKeeper options) would be nice.
