Need ability to add/remove hosts from various config-groups. Any host
membership change will require the Save button to be clicked - at which point
the changes are persisted to server.
In a service, hosts can belong to only 1 non-default group. Or to say another
way, only hosts in the Default config-group can be added to other config-groups.
In the Default config-group you cannot 'add' or 'delete' a host. Its hosts are
dynamically determined by adding/removing from non-default config-groups.
