On {{Default}} config-group when I click {{+Exception}} on a property (say
{{Hadoop maximum Java heap size}}), the config-group dialog pops up. After
selecting/creating the config-group, I do not see a new empty row for the
property. I expect an empty override row added and in focus so that I can just
enter new value.
