In the Manage Configuration Groups dialog, when we do
add/rename/delete/duplicate actions, and then close the dialog, the configs
page from where we launched does not know about the changes.
If the current view is the configs view, and the dialog has been closed, we
should refresh so that the latest config-groups are shown in the combo.
Also, we should make sure that if a user is viewing config group X when dialog
is closed, we show config group X again (even if renamed).
