Correct me if I'm wrong but if I setup a local mirror according to the HDP document and instead of doing reposync -r HDP-1.2.0 do reposync -r HDP-1.1.0.16, I will have Hadoop 1.0.3, right?

If you have a repo that has these artifacts than its a simple change but if not, building a repo might require some work.
