I stopped everything before upgrading. Some metrics reappeared, like HDFS/IO and some server stats but no HBase stats yet.

For example: ganglia Web UI says ":/ganglia" instead of "servername/ganglia" and jobtracker says ":50030" instead of "servername:50030". Ganglia metrics also shows 404 error Not found where metrics would show. Any idea?
